A luscious green marshland separates the wildlife viewing boardwalk from the panoramic vista of Turnagain Arm at Potter Marsh in the Anchorage Coastal Wildlife Refuge.
Driving south on Seward Highway (AK 1) in the Chugach National Forest toward the eastern end of Turnagain Arm beyond which lies the snow-covered peaks of Portage Valley where the Kenai and Chugach Mountains meet.
