Work In Progress
I took the first step today on getting on the road I want to be on physically. Since last January, I have lowered my weight from the mid-160's to my present weight of 148 through no particular diet or exercise regiment. While I have been very pleased with this progress, I am still not happy with my general physical status. Today, with the help of two new friends, I began a new routine that will get my weight to 130 by 04 July 2003 and also increase my strength and over-all health. Part of this plan will be monitoring my daily caloric intake, making sure it is within the guidelines I have accepted and also working out at least four times per week. I started today with some laps and some work on the machines. I also tanned a bit outside, relaxed in the spa and then got all nice and cooked in the sauna after working out. I am very excited about all of this and am looking forward to that day I feel comfortable shirtless... at the club.

Good luck. You seem to actually have done well so far, considering you haven't done much.
I'm about 145 right now, and I'd like to lose the fat (about 5-10 lbs worth) and be 160 with a better build.
Oh yeah, I'm a lazy bum. Oh well.
Maybe if I play paintball 4 days a week...
Bravo! July is not far off at all. you'll be amoung the young, tan, and topless in no time.
