Jobby Job

I am anticipating having a conversation with HR personnel for a local company tomorrow morning during which I plan on accepting their offer of employment. Today's interview went virtually flawless and I believe the three people conducting the interview were impressed by my resume, experience and personality.

The position is technological at its core but does involve some coordination and management as well. The job itself was created to further streamline and better achieve certain goals, so it will be interesting to see how things work or not and help make recommendations as how to improve on the formula. I was told in the interview that employee input is highly valued, something I find important in a job. The management structure also appears to be organised and unambiguous.

If things go as I hope tomorrow I will likely be starting in a week or two. The dress code is casual; no shorts are allowed but anything else is fine. The benefits and such seem great and the office is located in downtown Orlando. I am inclined to refrain from any detailed specifics until a bit further down the road, but all-in-all after having the interview and learning a lot more about the job itself I am fairly excited.
